About

Jill Lamontagne

Based in picturesque Kennebunk, Maine, Jill Lamontagne is a lifelong educator and advocate whose career bridges classroom teaching, health education, and social-service leadership. Since 2022 she has served as assistant supervisor of adult case management with Waypoint, a nonprofit championing adults with disabilities and their families. In this capacity Ms. Lamontagne mentors a team of case managers, audits care-planning records, and coordinates multidisciplinary supports that help each client pursue personalized health, housing, and life-skills goals. Her oversight also extends to budgeting for representative-payee services and performing monthly Maine Integrated Health Management Solution reviews to safeguard client well-being.

Before transitioning to social work, Ms. Lamontagne spent more than a decade inspiring high-school students as a health educator, coach, and advisor. Drawing on a master’s in education and special-education law from the University of New England and a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the University of Southern Maine, she blends pedagogical insight with a meticulous, client-centered approach. She has also completed nursing coursework at the University of Maine, deepening her understanding of holistic care.

A firm believer in service learning, Jill donates hundreds of volunteer hours each year. Whether organizing Maine Coastal Clean-Up crews, leading United Way Day of Caring projects, or mobilizing students to refresh the Kennebunk American Legion Hall, she fosters civic pride while supporting vulnerable populations and the environment.

Outside the office, Ms. Lamontagne channels her energy into athletics: coaching travel basketball, Little League softball, and youth field hockey, and training for regional half-marathons. Her multifaceted commitment to community, health, and education continues to shape brighter futures across southern Maine.
